Adriana Gardella has built on her experience as an award-winning business journalist to create content for entrepreneurs, Fortune 100 companies and global professional services firms. She has written for The New York Times, Newsweek, Salon, CNNMoney.com, CBS.com and many others. She also developed and wrote “She Owns It,” a New York Times online column on women and entrepreneurship that ran for four years. Previously, Adriana was senior editor of Fortune Small Business magazine. Prior to shifting to journalism, she practiced law for more than eight years, working as a criminal prosecutor in Chicago and later as a litigation associate with an AmLaw 100 law firm in New York. She has spoken about career change, moderated panels on entrepreneurship, and provided commentary, as a journalist and former prosecutor, on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, and Court TV (now TruTV). Adriana is a graduate of Colgate University and Emory Law School.
